Things happen, and here at R&D Artistry we understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule you're appointment, there is no fee up to 72 hours. If you have to cancel within 48 hours, 50% of your service fee will be charged to the card on file. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of services booked. Cancelations Must be made by text or call with a response from service provider. Lastly, if you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, a $50 fee will be charged to your card and a deposit will be needed for your next appointment.
