Cancellation Policy
**Appointment Policies:**
-All appointments will be reserved with a credit card on file.
-Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late, maybe subject to rescheduling and a $50 fee. This will be at the stylist's discretion based of timing and services booked .
- There will be no fee for rescheduling appointments more than one week in advance.(7days)
- For rescheduling within a week (5days) of your appointment, a $25 fee will be applied.
- Rescheduling within 24-72 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 fee.
**Cancellation Policies:**
- No fee for cancellations made more than one week before your appointment.(7days)
- Cancellations within a week of your appointment will be subject to a $25 fee.(5days)
- Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment, a 50% fee of services booked will apply.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a fee equivalent to 100% of the services booked.
Our new Holiday Policy for the months of November and December.
This is to ensure everyone gets an optimal experience during our busiest time of year. We are so happy to take care of everyone ππ
Please review these policies carefully:
- [ ] SCHEDULING: This policy is strictly for November and December
- [ ] RE-SCHEDULING: Any appointments rescheduled during November and December will be charged a $25 non refundable fee. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled an additional time, the fee will be doubled. In the event you need to reschedule within 72 hours of original appointment, a fee of 50% services will be charged to the card on file.Any appointment rescheduled outside of November and December. The Holiday policy carries over. For example any apt scheduled in November and December and it is rescheduled for Jan, the rescheduling and cancellation HOLIDAY POLICY will carry over to said Jan.
- [ ] CANCELLATIONS: Any appointment canceled during the month of November and December, will be charged a 50% of services booked. If appointment is canceled within 72 hours of the original appointment, client will be charged 100% of services booked
